    That is very sad...it may have much to do with the two previously largest programs (china and guatemala). China has slowed down so much in wait-times and guatemala is now closed. Hopefully, people will divert to other programs even if their hearts are set on these countries....because there are just so many orphans throughout the world!

    Our prayer is that families will consider "special needs" children. I can't even begin to tell people how our kids have blessed our lives...!
